Maxwell Recruitment & Training is a leading Hunter Valley provider of labour hire and real-world training for manufacturing, mining services, other engineering trades and construction. Managing Director Peter Maxwell has two decades’ experience in the industry and heads up our Trainee Program, offering a wealth of insights into how you can become successful in recruiting.
Peter has personally designed our Trainee Program to impart as much of his and team’s knowledge as we can across a structured 6-month period, in which you’ll get to work alongside Peter and our recruitment team both in-house and on-site with our workers and clients. You’ll also get to undertake nationally accredited training via our own Registered Training Organisation.
