We take care of recruitment, payroll, PPE, WHS, statutory costs, superannuation, payroll records, safety training, apprentice welfare & administration requirements.
As a host employer, you enjoy the flexibility of our labour hire model if your work falls away, or if skill development is required that cannot be achieved on site.
At the end of an apprenticeship, there is also the option to take on a willing tradesperson as a permanent employee to build your future capacity and capability from within.
