Understood to be a national first, a new training course format halves workers’ time away from worksites for nationally recognised training.
The Hunter Region’s leading heavy industry labour hire and training organisation, Maxwell Recruitment & Training, has today announced a new ‘Intensive’ format for nationally recognised training.
Combining online theory and testing with face-to-face application means students earn the same qualifications, for a lower cost, and halve their time away from the worksite. This is achieved without compromising on quality. Online Course components have been rigorously developed and tested.
We deliver industry-leading outcomes for workers and clients. We raise the bar constantly, even when it means reinventing industry norms and investing in new ways. If there’s a better way that gets a better outcome for workers and clients, we’ll find it. Intensive courses are designed for the real world and save time and money.
Managing Director, Peter Maxwell
Workers and organisations can realise instant time and cost savings from the Intensive training format. Face-to-face time is halved and the same qualifications are available for a lower cost than traditional courses, without compromising on quality.
Working at heights and confined space courses comprise the initial Intensive course offerings with more to follow. The training organisation provides training in a total of 30 units.
